Panter Accredited Laboratory

“The Official and Specialized Laboratory of Creative and Stationery Industries of Panter” is one of the affiliated units of the Panter Entrepreneurship Group. It is recognized as an accredited laboratory of the Iranian National Standards Organization and holds a certificate with the number T/3916, as well as a competence confirmation certificate INSO-ISO/IEC17025:2017 with the number NACI/Lab/1611. This laboratory strives to improve the quality of its products on a global scale by implementing precise control, evaluation, and measurements aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and provide a “Good-feeling” experience for valuable consumers of Panter products. The specialized official stationery laboratory of Panter supports consumer rights and other beneficiaries by utilizing a specialized team, scientific knowledge, tacit knowledge, diverse and advanced equipment and tools, and establishing a special communication network with scientists, experts, national, and international scientific and educational centers. Panter Entrepreneurship Group is proud to be the first holder of the Research and Development (R&D) license in the creative and stationery industries in Iran, issued by the Iran Ministry of Industry, Mining, and Trade, with certificate number 177186-22/10/98 in 2019, as the leading research and development unit in Tehran province. It is noteworthy to mention that for the first time in the history of Iran country, this valuable title has been awarded to a creative industry and stationery unit The researches conducted in this unit includes extensive studies and investigations based on the “fuzzy logic” method, by the formation of expert groups and the evaluation of three factors and multiple intersecting variables to achieve optimal performance and desirable level of smoothness in writing for writing supplies aiming to determine the “controlled flow” and “uncontrolled flow” points to identify the optimal “ink laydown” under the influence of three environmental factors: temperature, humidity, and pressure. This research enables us to produce unique and high-quality automated processes suitable for various geographical and environmental conditions in Iran and other countries. Furthermore, the technical and qualitative competence confirmation of Panter’s official and specialized laboratory despite employee’s training and experience, traceability, measurements, and calibrations based on national and international standards, conformity with test methods, adheres to quality assurance procedures, appropriate sampling methods, suitable equipment, facilities, and valid testing methods, as well as accurate registration, analysis, and reporting has provided the necessary foundation for the development of the stationery industry entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country. Since the goal of the Panter Entrepreneurship Group in the stationery and related industries is to enhance the quantitative and qualitative level of products produced at the national and international levels, this laboratory is ready to collaborate and provide services to other manufacturers, certified importers, and all beneficiaries in this industry.
